Decent purchase

Really not a lot to comment on, it’s just a foundation. The assembly was easy and seems sturdy. Doesn’t make any noise when laying down, but judging by the wood I’m cautious on how long it will last. I do like the low profile of it making it easier to get in and out of bed. Not sure about comfort as it’s just to support the bed

Extremely Bad Quality

Not impressed. The wood is full of splinters, many of the wood planks are missing huge chunks fo wood, and the edges don't lay flush. At first I thought the professional installation I paid for just did it wrong and took it apart to redo but nope, it is not designed to sit flush and has massive gaps on the side connections. I've also had the little pin holders that sit inside the plastic (because yes, it's plastic) fall out just from using the bed (and yes, it's the right direction). The boards don't even sit flush with the supports down the middle so they bend under the stress of the helix mattress it's allegedly designed to support. I have absolutely no faith in the longevity of this foundation and wish I hadn't paid so much.

Great bed, meh on options and communication

The king bed and pillows have been great to sleep on so loving the bed. Would have liked better communication from Helix about when the bed would arrive as it came in many different shipments. Also would have been helpful to get an email linking to assembly instructions or the fact that the pillows were essentially adjustable. And would have liked more frame options including head and footboards.
