Missing Shipment and NO RESPONSE from e-mails

I am happy with the product, however, I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Customer Service. I ordered replacement products, which I only received 1/2 of my order. I could NOT locate a phone number to speak with a person, but I have had NO RESPONSE to (2) e-mails (1 from a reply to my order, and 1 from a "contact us" on the website. Please reach out to me. Love Bottle None

My daughter was selling this product from her salon originally when I started to try it I have fine hair but lots of it I had short hair for decades because it would be limp and didn’t look good Covid came and no haircuts available ( daughter moved) My hair was so short and shaved at the back but I was using Bottle None and it just got grew and got Stronger and healthier and now is halfway down my back and has been cut multiple times in the past three years that’s all it took to grow it out it would never even grow a half inch before it would take a year to do that ….now it grows in months I hope I never have to look for any other product Bottle None Strong …for me!!! Love the fragrance too❤️❤️❤️
