Great tool fair price

We got this recently, so we have not used it a lot yet. However, we did use it a couple of times now and it works very well. It feels like a solid tool that will last for a long time, and at a very fair price. Thank you Elmer guitars

Great customer service

The first bender had a flaw that froze the adjustment wheel. I registered a complaint, and they immediately replaced it. The second one works great. I am impressed with their customer service.
