Amazing glasses

Love love love!

I bought these glasses for myself because my husband refuses to put his screens on red light after the sun goes down. Well guess who likes to wear them now and actually sees a difference in how he feels?? So I had to buy a second pair for myself 😂 we love the glasses! I feel less of a strain when traveling or visiting other people’s homes who don’t have iridescent lighting or am around blue light in the evening

Good fit, great optics and a really nice way for me to slow my system down before bed. I start wearing them after sunset whether I’m on a computer watching a TV or reading it also helps to be spending time in the great outdoors in early morning to strengthen a healthy circadian rhythm
