Persian Star Zone 5

Arrived fresh despite us ordering late. Will be a while until we know if we were too late on planting, but have always had good results in the past. Looking forward to harvesting later this year!

Persian Star Zone 9b

Planted Persian Star in middle of October for approximately a June harvest. The bulbs that were sent approximately 2-2.2oz each which waa better than some other places i had ordered from that were 1.7oz per bulb. The cloves that I didn't use for planting have been used in some pepper fermentation recipes and the results have been awesome (if you love garlic flavor). Can't wait to till June.
