Soho FlexTech Pants

I recently received my new suit, and unfortunately, the quality doesn't match my previous experience with your brand. The pants fit nicely, but the hemming is quite messy. On top of that, the jacket appears poorly made—the shoulder pads have a lot of crinkling along the stitching, and the fabric feels rough. I loved my previous suit from you, so I'm hoping we can fix this situation. What are my options?
