Easy Way to Add Blueberry Flavor to Your Beer

I used a bottle of this blueberry purée to add a tasty note of blueberry flavor to the 5 gallons of Irish red ale I was brewing. Adding it after the primary fermentation is largely done preserved the fruit flavor. I have made many fruit beers with fresh or frozen fruit, but you can’t beat the Amoretti purées for giving the right amount of fruit flavor in a sanitary, convenient fashion. My only quibble is that I do not need the pump that comes with each bottle. For us homebrewers, maybe Amoretti could offer packaging without it?

Nice Balance

Really nice Puree. Great Balance of sweet and just a touch of the tart skin while adding a really nice smooth mouthfeel.
