The item arrived seriously damabed. I’m pretty sure it had notjinh to do with the supplier BUT I promptly reachef out to thrm to the email address they list and received no reply despite several attempts and eventually Ininitiated a return procedure, which has sinilarly fallen on deaf ears. (I eventually ordered an exact replacement that arrivef in ptistine condition, but I’ve basically paid double and am being totally iynored, which is why I am leaving this jarring review in the hope of soliciting some kind of reaction, that I’d welcome as I’ve done business with them previously and hope to continue doinh so in futude.)
