Lovely product
I don't usually write reviews but I am thankful for this product. I've put on heaps of weight during breastfeeding and wanted some support while I carefully try to lose some weight - ensuring my milk supply wasn't affected was a top priority. I've added this to my diet and notice a difference from when I do take it and when I don't. It's allowed me to take care of my own health and still support baby. My baby also has had bad reflux since birth and I think this has helped with that too!

Great product
Would definitely recommend as it has helped my supply where I am able to pump extra to create a freezer supply for my baby. My baby is also less fussy at the breast as they had previously been frustrated trying to get milk
