Love the MouthShield

The MouthShield is wonderful. My mouth is not dry when I wake up and my sleep is not disturbed by "dry mouth" during the night. If I forget to put it in my mouth at bedtime, I immediately notice that something important is missing. Is this an addiction?

It works pretty well. I have to create a suction in my mouth and seal it with my tongue to make it stay the night with my CPAP. Because I am now sleeping in a recliner due to my recent shoulder surgery the elevated position won't keep the vacuum so I'm using mouth tape until I can get back to the bed. Otherwise it's more convenient than the tape or the jaw sling.

Insert and forget

New to CPAP and mouth breathing was an issue. This shield was the perfect solution. It fit perfectly and I was able to keep it in all night and sleep well. So much more effective than a chin strap. And, more comfortable.
