Your Perfect Piecing Partner: The Featherweight Walking Foot
Remember that beautiful quilt top you spent weeks piecing, only to have the layers shift during quilting? Or those stunning striped fabrics that just wouldn't match up no matter how carefully you pinned? That wasn't your pinning—that's a job for a Walking Foot.

Walking Foot
I needed the walking foot to piece fabric to blocks of t-shirts so the fabric would feed evenly. The only problem was that the foot is wider than the 1/4 in. line....and cannot use the screw in guide to keep the seam at 1/4 in.
It still worked beautifully, but it was harder for me to keep seam at 1/4 in.

Love the Walking Foot
I have had my Featherweight since 1960, but had never quilted. Now, at age 89, I am learning a new way to enjoy sewing. I really appreciate the tutorials.

What a Find!
I am so happy to find this attachment! I use a walking foot--only--on a different machine and wasn't sure I'd find one for this Featherweight. Thank you!
