Trinity Queen Storage Bed Frame with Drawers – Charcoal

Ordered bed frame in on 27 December. On 5/1 2 out of 3 flat pack boxes arrived. Tracking number said courier Hunter Express had the other box in their depot. I contacted Bedzy by phone when it hadn’t arrived. Said they can’t follow up for 14 days. Trued to call on 19/1 as a third of our bed still hadn’t arrived and was still at depot. Customer support number had moved to online only. I emailed. Said they’d follow up. After multiple emails I was finally contacted by Bedzy on 24/1 saying courier had located the box and would be delivered within 3 days. An hour later tracking number showed delivered. I was working from home. It was not delivered. Now it is 3/2 and we still only have 2/3 of a bed. I’ve asked Bedzy to send the missing part. They take up to 7 days to reply to my emails and refuse to call me as they are “online only” now. Customer service is appalling and there seems to be no real shipping guarantee as promised. We are sleeping on our mattress on the floor with no resolution.
