Excellent product and customer service!
The quality of the coldkit and all the products I have purchased from PlanetBox have been excellent - they truly stand the test of time. They also manage to be both functional and very cute. I recently purchased a new cold pack and ended up needing to exchange it for a different pattern and Teri was wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Best ice pack for lunch; doesn’t sweat. However, took nearly 2 weeks to arrive due to USPS; typically do not order from companies that use USPS due to chronic delays in delivery. Planetbox may want to reconsider USPS for delivery service.

Great Ice Pack - worth it
A bit hard to get the cover on, so do it before you freeze it I think? But it’s great. Stays cold and is the perfect size.
