Not Like It Used To Be

We used to love these shoes. Not anymore. The quality has gone down, and now I've been listening to my husband for over 2 hours now focused on how disappointed, angry, and self conscious he feels walking around at work all day wearing shoes that squeak loudly with every move he makes. This is not the first time this has happened with these shoes. Our first two pairs held up with no issues for almost a year. Now, they cost more, break down faster, and almost every single pair has started squeaking after any contact with moisture. We understood at first when there was a puddle. Now, the humidity can be high one day, and the shoes will not stop squeaking afterwards no matter how much foot powder or drying. Really sad this is how things have ended after so many years. We're looking elsewhere.

Hunter Mens WP Boot
