Priscilla Gothic Baroque Lampshade

Disappointed.

The lampshade arrived and I was excited to open it. I retrieved the lampshade from the box and tipped the multitude of peanut shaped packing pieces onto a sheet looking for the cradle that enables the lampshade to be placed on a ceiling light fitting. It wasn’t there. I was very disappointed, this isn’t a cheap purchase for me. I looked again and it definitely wasn’t there! I emailed customer service and was told the missing item was packed and to check again. I re checked again. Made to feel like it was my fault plus when the cradle arrived the invoice attached to said “resend ceiling fitting only??” The word “resend” implies it was sent so I feel like I was disbelieved. I am more than upset and disappointed. As a regular customer and never had any issues before. Thank you for sending the missing part of my order. I won’t be buying anything from you again.

Priscilla

I have recently welcomed a new member to the family...Priscilla..the best and most beautiful lampshade I have ever owned. She is beautifully made and casts a lovely golden glow around my room. I've been looking for something for a little dark corner for ages..finally the wait is over..welcome home Priscilla. The Baroque Lampshade.
