Edit: I see they responded, but they didn’t read my review. Washed inside out, gentle cycle, aglets in silicone protector. Protector isn’t snug, so it came off. The ZOX app didn’t say they were out of the F&F. I’ll post pics of faded fabric and chipped aglets. Usually, I love ZOX products.
Very thick, no stretch. The black hoodie comes with a black string, not the F&F string . The aglets came out the aglet protector, destroyed inside of washer (on cold, delicate cycle), and paint was worn off the edges after first wash. Same in the dryer, but then I noticed if I folded the string around the aglets and stuffed it into the end protector like that, it stayed in. I wish the protector was a bit longer, though, because of that, or just tighter. This hoodie isn’t darker than any other black hoodie. It’s quite faded after one cold, gentle cycle wash with Woolite. This should’ve been the blackest black, come with a free F&F string, and the aglets protector should’ve protected the aglets.

Great sweatshirt, but I wish I hadn’t listened to the reviews stating to use measurements because normal size was too big. Not sure what they are talking about, because mine actually feels too small!
