An excellent product which behaves exactly as you’d hope, but much better than you’d imagine! I had cause to use the customer service as there was a problem after 6 months and I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received - email answered very quickly, and a replacement item sent by first class post almost as quickly - well done ISOtunes!!

Almost perfect

I purchased these after much deliberation and they were almost perfect for me. Packaging is very good as was the delivery. I really like the small case that the earphones come in, it keeps them safe when not in use and also stores the charging cable and other ear tips. The sound quality is really good and detailed. They don't compare to my Bose headphones but that's not what they are for. The volume is adequate in most instances and only not enough when using something really noisy like a wacker plate or breaker. However this is not a complaint. What is the point of supplying an ear protection aid to then allow them to be over the safe decibel rating to potentially damage your ears. The aware function to start with is odd. Once you understand how the aware function and the volume control works they are genius. You do need to tweak the volume for different situations but it's easy to do so. Being able to listen to music, have protected ears and hear when someone is talking to you is great. The only thing that is frustrating is that the wind blowing on the microphone does make the crackle. Turning the aware down stops this. A minor issue. I have however just sent these back as I am unable to get them to stay in my ears. It seems my ear canal is tiny and after a short time they come loose and hurt. I can't imagine this is going to be an issue for many people. I will be ordering the Aware Headphones.

Excellent product

Having purchased the Pro Aware for work as a carpenter, I will say that I am not disappointed. Mine are the ones that limit volume, which is not an issue, and does make sense when talking ear protection! The 'aware' function, although it does have its limitations, does provide the situational awareness as promised. It can be adjusted depending on the noise of your tools/background noise and saves me from removing them every time someone wants to talk. Mine did develop a fault and they were replaced promptly, without hesitation......customer service was exceptional.
