Konnected Alarm Panel Pro (Board Only)

Still waiting for Piezo buzzer configuration

After getting the new Alarm Pro unit, the piezo buzzers would not work. After lots of frustration and experimenting, I notified Nate of my problem and he emailed me that the programming in the new firmware did not include the buzzer set-up YET. Still waiting for word that it is complete.

Not very robust

So the micro usb port broke off my board so I was forced to purchase a new board. My old board would not connect to wifi and I could not troubleshoot it without the micro usb port. Very poor design.

A Mixed Opinion

The plastic packaging of the board I received was already opened and had been resealed with tape (strange for a new board). Once powered on, the board turned out to be non-functional (blue light constantly on). Initially, the technical support seemed competent, but they were vague about the shipping time for the replacement board. Ultimately, I was able to get a full refund by opening a dispute through PayPal.
