I order from them all the time. Great products, great packaging. Everything is labeled so well and easy to find and identify in emergency. But! I finally came across my first issue. My wife cut herself pretty good. We went for the skin glue and both of the tubes i had left were dried out when I opened. Wife was hurt, mad and inpatient, it was not fun. Luckily I had their whole kit right there and found alternatives. Had to use a closure bandage, pretty irritating but its glue, and happens. They sent me 2 new packages with 5 extras within 2 days and a sincere apology. This time I checked them like I shoulda before emergency, lesson learned. You pay the premium for the nice packaging and easy to see labels and if you happen to have any issue they really deliver when it comes to customer service!
