I am not satisfied with my recent purchase. The items arrived in small Ziploc baggies, which was not what I expected. One of the main reasons I ordered from your website was the product packaging, as I wanted it to look presentable in the bag. Unfortunately, the way it arrived looks quite cheap. I expected a higher standard from My Medic, and although this may seem like a small issue, I am very disappointed.
