I've gotten steaks from 3 different companies so far and your steaks can't be beat.

Only tried one steak so far, a ribeye and it was very good. Total weight of everything was within advertised weight range of 13-14 lbs with rib eyes and KC Strips slightly over and filet mignon and top sirloin slightly under. At these prices I would suggest for a 1st shipment to raise the weight slightly.
