Authentic Ginger Syrup

I love all things ginger and this did not disappoint! Highly recommend with blood orange seltzer, so good!

Just what I needed

I’ve been mixing myself a ginger beer every night and this concentrate is the best and more environmentally friendly than canned or bottled ginger beer because we also make our own sparking water at home. Now I look forward to my evening mix so much. The flavor is so balanced and still so ginger-y.
