Terrible customer service - unusable item

I've still not been able to use this item because it took months to deliver and when it finally arrived it was missing several parts. I called several times to have the parts replaced and finally got a hold of someone who said she would send it. Nothing has been sent so I have a half assembled item in my basement that I cannot use. This company quite frankly is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They rarely answer the phone and rarely return any calls so I and left with an item I paid over $1000 for and cannot use! Given that the item arrived with missing parts their quality assurance must also be execrable.!

Excellent Leg Press Machine

Not too difficult to put together. Very sturdy. Comfortable. Excellent way to do narrow and wide leg presses, a few varieties of calf raises and hack squats, all with great range of motion. And, no putting pressure and stress on your neck and shoulders.
