Accidentally ordered two of these. As per policy, I was not allowed to amend my order. I understand it is the policy, I just think it’s a ridiculous policy for an order that I reached out about before it was packed.
I made the point that it was silly to have it shipped, me pay customs on it, then pay to return it. The response was I could not pay the customs and be refunded when it was returned by the shipper. That’s kind of foolish when I ordered other items.
Anyway, I’m happy with all of the items but I will unfortunately not be ordering from this brand (which I have ordered from before and have enjoyed the product of) again, as I did not feel the customer service was sufficient in this instance.
