Really great tool working great!
With the small size of the condenser .. and the fact that the water is sprayed on horizontally, instead of downward as some other, I was not sure of the actual performance. I'm really impressed of the result. My last batch, for a 90 minutes boil, I use a bit over than a 5 gals of water and no visible steam is exiting the set-up. With 1 gal boil-off rate, it's only about 4 gal of fresh water. I'm brewing on my basement witch is to my opinion the best way to handle steam.
