Light was acting odd not fully turning on , Outbound lighting quickly sent a prepaid postage and took care of the problem seamlessly and within 4 days lighting was returned good as new back in business. Thank you Outbound!!

Best bike light company

Great light, even better customer service. With a past light I didn't catch a down tree and hooked the light, tore right out of the mount. 100% my fault and if the light mount hadn't broke I hit it hard enouch someting else would've. They repaired and sent back. Hands down best customer service.
