Great item - top notch customer service

As expected, the platform hanger from Genesis is really well designed and constructed, like all their products I've purchased thus far. I've never loved the methods I've had for dangling platforms off my saddle but think this will do the trick. Even more than the product itself, huge shoutout to Genesis for their customer service. My original order of this hanger and a couple other things went missing. Even though I don't think they were at fault at all, they put a replacement package in the mail as soon as they found out what happened. That kind of care is rare in today's world and will keep me as a very loyal customer.

This hanger works great. Easy to put my platform on and climb the tree.
