Acrylic Frames

I am a return customer to Smallwoods and previously had a good experience. However, I received my order today and immediately within opening reached out to customer service as the metal prongs had torn through the picture and were now in front and the picture was lopsided in the frame. This was a present for my Grammy who is terminally ill. I contacted them and they stated they would give me 20% off if I wanted to fix it myself. They said they could also send me a replacement picture but I would need to remove the previous one from the frame and use the same frame. When I explained it was a gift and would need to be available by a certain day, they said they couldn’t do that that they could send the insert to her house. I explained that asking a 94 year old to pry metal apart and replace her own gift was not acceptable. It was an all around terrible experience and they have now lost a loyal customer. They are not cheap purchases so to not work to repair the problem is unacceptable.

overall it is very pretty, but for the price it is cheaply made. the frame came in with gaps at the joints and the frame is out of square so it does not sit flush against the wall. its also not actually matted. the photo they print just has a white boarder on it to give the matted illusion.

The picture & the picture frame is sooo beautiful. The only thing that I wish they had done was have something on the frame so I could have taken it from the box to the wall.
