Sent me 2 and didn’t refund shipping

They sent me a double order and after telling them I returned the shirt but they did not refund the shipping cost. It was not my error but thier error or error from the website. They refuse to refund the cost of shipping which is close to $22 They tell my it was not their error!! I will never buy from them again!! Not happy at all!!
