Custom Carbon Ice Rod

I love these rods. I have purchased 7 so far for ice fishing. Most were for personal use and some were gifts. I recently just ordered 2 rods for the 4th of July sale and when they came one was in perfect condition and the second was snapped in half. I emailed mags about the problem and they got back to me asap. They filed a claim and just over a week went by with no word so I reached out again. I was called instantly about my broken rod and they started a replacement right away. It was at my door in less than a week. It’s nice to know that a place that’s gotten so big and so busy still cares to make things right like they do. Definitely not disappointed in the quality or customer service of mags!

Awesome rod from what I can see, added the viper reel to match the rod! The workmanship exceeded my expectation! Cant wait for Ice season to start, I will be buying more for sure!
