Disappointed

I am not happy with parts of this. The sales and ordering process was great. However, what is really poor is the railing that goes down the stairs. It is really poorly designed and we have had to order extra parts to make it work at all. I am extremely disappointed with that. Even though we did our research and asked a lot of questions before ordering, we were blindsided by this very poor design. Also, we have had to order extra pieces in order to attach the beverage rail since the pieces on top of the posts are so small that it is impossible to adequately secure the beverage rail. Again, very disappointing, leading to extra costs and extra work.
