I didn’t think I would like it, but my dog loves it. We were used to using Astroturf, but the Astroturf smells terrible after a while. This is a nice alternative. My dog hates going out potty when it rains, and will literally hold her bladder all day. As long as I have this little piece of grass right off of the patio, she will go right out, do her business, and come back in. I don’t notice a bad smell at all. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Effective and professional

I have been using Doggie Lawn for years now and I’m always satisfied with the quality of their grass. Last time I ordered, I received a defective batch. But Doggie Lawn with help of their representative Jennifer replaced the batch as quickly as possible. Jennifer has a great customer service. She courteous, nice and professional. She communicated with me throughout the whole replacement process and kept me updated the whole time. She made sure my request was fulfilled and she was very understanding and patient. Great customer service! Great company! Good quality of products!
