They are very comfortable. I went up a half a size and I wish I would’ve gone to the next size. I ordered a 9 1/2 and I wish I had ordered a 10. The qualities is excellent and they are comfortable. So worth the money.

These boots are great for casual wear and with a thicker sock will work well as a Winter boot, as they are also waterproof. They are stylist as well as practical. They run slightly small. I had to go up a half size. This is my second pair of Blondo boots. I love their quality and the fact thst they’re waterproof.

Lost my order and took three weeks to resolve

Shortly after I ordered my boots for my daughter’s birthday, I noticed that Blondo created a label but FedEx never received the package. I emailed Blondo and they asked me to wait the full 7 days before emailing again. On Day 8 the tracking showed that my boots still had not even arrived at FedEx. When I emailed again, Blondo confirmed what I had been telling them for 13 days—my boots were lost. Rather than re-shipping right away, Blondo made me wait another week until it “finished its investigation” before it would even consider re-sending. Blondo told me that it would send boot after its investigation “if they were still in stock. ” What the heck!!?? Why would I wait until they finished their investigation to find out if they still had them in stock? In the mean time, my daughters birthday was 2 weeks ago, and still no boots. Terrible customer service!
