Whitening Kit

The worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. My order took over a month to ship. Cheeky did not bother to communicate anything with regards to a delay. After I reached out, they said there was something wrong with the fulfillment center, which caused the delay. However, a family member placed an order a week after me (the same product and quantity as I ordered) and received their shipment quickly. Customer service promised the shipment in a week, which did not happen and there was no follow up. After I again followed up, the customer service agent was not helpful and offered free pens to "make up for the inconvenience"... the order still had not shipped. I finally recieved my order today... over a month after placing the order...and the complimentary pens weren't in the shipment- it's comical at this point. The most frustrating part? The whitening kit itself is great- lack of customer service has ruined cheeky.

It's been 3weeks and i haven't received the kit.I won't order from them again.

Worked well & comfortable!

Saw results after just a couple uses. No discomfort. Liked being able to "paint" the hydrogen peroxide solution just on my teeth, helping keep it off my gums.
