Tread 8070SQ - Squared Edge Tread

No updates about delivery. Wondered if I would get the product at all. Then got a call weeks later with a small window and a huge delay if I didn’t accept. The lack of communication or flexibility cost me time and money. Product came damaged and poor quality to begin with. The tech gluing up their treads must be color blind. No indication on the website the treads were glued up. I can buy solid treads locally for cheaper. Says on the box they claim to be the ‘king of stair parts’. What a joke! Then I called and spoke to a representative about replacing a few of the treads that looked horrible. She said they won’t do anything after a few says and said she’d talk to her manager. No response or call back, just took my money for inferior damaged products and left me with the broken pieces. I would never shop with JMP again.
