We consume a lot of maple syrup. We use it in marinades, sauces, over breakfast sausages, and of course over pancakes and waffles. Last year, I discovered Escuminac and I’m very happy I did. I’ve purchased different harvest varieties and they each have their distinctive flavour. They are hands down the best maple syrup I've tasted with deep, rich flavour. I’m also glad that I”m buying directly from producer rather than going through a middleman or distributor like you often do when buying maple syrup from the big national stores. Best Quality and Taste

I live in BC and this is my second order of maple syrup from Escuminac. We love the light taste of the Great Harvest and just opened our first bottle of Cinnamon infused. Both are perfection on our waffles. A great CANADIAN product!

I have been using various blends of Escuminic Maple Syrup for many years now and will always use it as long as I can get ahold of it. The product in all blends taste great and I use it on quaker oats, cream of wheat, making butter tarts, on beans and toast, pancakes and of course, french toast.
