- THE CANDLESTICK -

The hat itself is great. I have a big head and I have plenty of room to spare. It holds its shape well and the durability of the material and the embroidery is top notch. My issue is with how long it took to receive it. I ordered it jn December of last year and it was listed as a “4-6 week preorder” item. Well, it took 10 months to get it. Their only means of contact was a chatbot on their website. No phone number, no email address, no snail mail address. The chatbot would say it was connecting to a live agent but no one ever came onto the chat. The bot would also say it would have someone email me back but I never received an email. I even filed a BBB complaint and the company never responded to it either. I honestly just thought I’d been scammed until the hat finally shipped. This company definitely needs to improve its communication because the product itself is incredible.

Nice hat but took so long to deliver that I forgot that I had ordered it in the first place.

10/10 product and delivered sooner than expected! would definitely recommend to all sports fans
