Circle Stickers

Its not the product it was the fact they forgot about my order. I tried using their website chat to ask questions about my order and weeks went by with zero response. I tried emailing them and zero luck! I had to look them up on facebook and next day finally got a response saying my order will gonoit today. A week later no email for shipping or anything. I got fed up and messaged them and again saying cancel my order and refund me my money. Almost a month to a day from ordering and getting my stickers!! Absolutely ridiculous and will never use them again!!!! If i could do zero stars i would unfortunately i had to give a one star rating.

We ordered and it took almost a month to receive the slappers. They look great but we couldn't use them, it was past date for an event we ordered them for. Emailed customer service with no response. We've placed multiple orders with no problems. Wouldn't leave a 2-star review if customer service responded to our email.

This time there were some hiccups with the ordering process. I did a re-order of a design I bought before. After over a week, I finally checked on it. I will say the Customer Service did a great job of making sure I got my stickers. It was not long after I contacted them that they were able to get the stickers shipped. No complaints -- it all worked out. I will definitely order from them again. Now, If I could get the Post Office to deliver them timelier, it would have been better. Thanks again!
