they delivered the wrong hardeners, hardeners missing, no specifications for additives, still not sure if some get hardener etc. and how or where to buy it. Some things have opposing instructions. i left a note with my order to verify everything needed was included. Instead I got partial orders, things i did not order. did not receive some things. was sent tiny free samples that I was charged $44 for. had no instruction or opposing instructions. I thought i could at least fill with the polyester paste since it did not say it needed a hardener. Three days later it took me all day and boxes of sanding discs to get the heavy tar like substance off my vehicle, so I assumed it needed a hardener though they do not list any, so i let them know as far as i could tell they gave me the wrong hardener for the primer, no hardener for the paste and it definitely needs it, no hardener for the base coat and conflicting instructions, sent me a free sample where I paid $44 for a full sized and i had not much for direction. mix ratios, flash times, induction times etc. and according to some of their literature i had incompatible components. So even if i had everything and knew how to use it I still could not paint my truck that was there for two weeks already. I needed all if the ingrediants for compatible components so i could paint my truck. just like the note said that accompanied the order. along with directions for mix ratio, flash times, inductions, top coats etc. Instead I received a form to fill out for the missing items. I sent message back that I did not know what items where missing, but i did know people that sold paint and could get me what i needed, so maybe they could get me a refund? maybe even for the boxes of sand paper getting that goop off my truck? I have not heard back from them.

Paint is great, bummed about the missed sale

I ordered HB Chassis black and HP661 primer, since i’ve had great luck with it in the past. Spent 500 and then a few days later they announced a sale for 35% off… sucks that happened but atleast the paint is good..
