Curate Crochet Box - Monthly Subscription

This was so much fun. I just loved using the raffia - it grew so quickly! 😃 The strap was a bit more time consuming, and I decided to go “off piste” and do the crab stitch using one of the yarns left over from a previous box, plus added some beads to the drawstring that I found in a charity shop. This was such a lovely project. The pattern was easy to follow, and I am delighted with the result. 😍🧶

What a great project - The Day Tripper! It was my first time working with Raffia and I actually loved it and found it easier than I thought. Love the bright pink yarn bag and decided to create my own little touch to it by adding in some beads on the drawstring and a contrasting colour for the crab stitch. I've started using it already for September's Curate Box ~ can't get much better than that!

What a great addition to my Curate Crochet collection... So good I even used it to hold the yarn to make the second part, the strap. Another really enjoyable project extending my skills further. Thank you!
