Sympli - Narrow Lantern Pant

Fabric is a lighter weight than previous

I love Simply narrow lantern pants. I own two pairs since 2022. I continue to ‘go to them’ and wear them often. This year I purchased the cashew colour, along with a simply top, in the same colour. The top was on sale from an older line, but the pants were not on sale, as from the new collection. The fabric in the pants is the same percentage composition as previous collections but are a lighter weight. Hard at first to detect, but I find they do not drape and hang as well, and stay wrinkled since the date of purchase. This is so disappointing. The fabric in the top is the weight I expected and the colours match perfectly as I expected. I always felt the quality was worth the price, but it seems whoever is currently manufacturing under the Simply name has used inferior fabric in the pants (maybe all their clothes). I will be very aware now if purchasing Simply that the quality of the fabric may not be the same as years past.

These may be my new favorite pants! They fit perfectly and the fabric is lovely!
