Slim click - actually great pen!

Iam was pleasantly surprised when I first handled the pen. Feels great and the toolles adjusting works quite good! Built quality is good too. I have two minor things: - the action feels a little sticky still after some work in. Hope it gets better. - the pusher gets some micro scratches after some use, would have preferred a little more clearance to avoid this (other makers have already figured this out) But as I said - great pen. Very satisfied for the price and availability. Also very much like the design of the slim click. Would definitely buy a Version 2 if it comes!

Never buying from Big Idea Design again, ever

I live in Japan but want to pay in dollars. I viewed their product in dollars. Then I go to purchase, the price changes to yen. Not really a big deal, but I notice the exchange rate is way off. Its a full 20% more expensive now. I switch back to dollars and try to pay in dollars since I have a US credit card in dollars. Their website will not let me. There is no way to get around the arbitrary 20% increase in price. I email them and it takes them 4 days to get back to me. Their reply was basically: "we are sorry, but we are not really sorry at all, goodbye." I figured, okay, they offer free worldwide shipping, so this is just that cost baked into the price. Fine, I will pay the extra 20%. And... the shipping wasn't free as advertised. When the product arrived I had to pay a huge free for importing. They didn't cover any of the customs fees. So not only did they charge me 20% more for no reason, their free shipping was not free at all. I buy plenty of things from overseas. It is either 100% covered by the company, or its is clear and upfront that import and customs fees are not covered. They did neither.

Great but....

It's a great clip and does its job as expected. My issue is it makes the own side cheaper than the original because it isn't the milled style. I am ordering the milled one when they're back in stock.
