Terrible interaction this company. I tried to reach out to them many times before they shipped my items because they were not going be meeting my express shipping deadline. You can’t get a hold of anyone and you just get a standard ai bot response.
My items arrived over a week late, terrible quality, and apparently all of their items are nonrefundable. This is not advertised at any point during the purchase process. They will only offer a gift card and the same amount to their company. Would never recommend KaseMe to anyone. iPhone Air Case is so thick, that it literally triples the depth of the phone. I laughed out loud when I saw it. No one would want that.
