I could cry with joy

My opinion may be a little biased, as the last coffee I bought(well known brand from big store) apparently was victim to being burnt to all hell. After forcing myself to finish 1.5lbs of whole beans that smelled burnt and tasted like acid- the smooth, delicious, and properly roasted Ethiopian Sidama is Exquisite.
