Product arrived damaged and possibly used. It looks like it was dragged through the grass and then tossed into the box. It was outside of its inteded packaging and covered in dirt, dust and grass. The company has horrible customer service. They will not help you at all to replace, return or refund. Just a total waste of money. After realizing they wont offer help, I followed the instructions and boiled it to see if it would come clean. It did not. Its beyond using and has no business inside the human body. It went into the trash along with my $30. I am a cup advocate, but will forever advise against flex based on their nonexistent quality assurance and customer service.

I have used multiple brands of cups and this was by far the least comfortable. I could feel it and when trying to insert it further up I was not able to do it. After multiple tries, I have given up and ordered a brand that worked for me before and using tampons for this cycle as they are more comfortable than the flex cup.
