Customer service is terrible. Shipping time takes much longer than advertised on the site and the owner is unresponsive to emails. I wasn’t even sure I would receive my items as it took 2 months to receive and she doesn’t reply to emails or check messages. For the price point and the poor customer service, the purchase isn’t worth it. You’d be better off making your own bracelets. Buyer beware.
