Hi, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I must be honest that I am quite disappointed with the product so far. Since the chair was delivered, there has been a persistent strong plastic / rubber smell. It has been present from the first day until now and has not dissipated, which makes it uncomfortable to use, especially for long periods. In addition, I am still unable to figure out how to properly install or adjust the headrest. I have tried following what I could, but there were no clear instructions provided, and I am concerned about installing it incorrectly. Because of these issues, I am not able to leave a positive review at this moment. I would appreciate it if you could: Advise whether the odor is normal and how it can be resolved, and Provide clear instructions (or a video) on how to correctly install the headrest. Good Quality

Good design particularly the tilting mechanism, wheels are good quality, comfortable but the seat could be a bit bigger
