They could use more clips to keep two of them together. It came apart and the gap in between was significant. We had to adjust and move the sleeping pad and put them back together multiple times while we slept. Other than that the pad itself was really comfortable I did not wake up sore.

I Hate That It’s Actually Worth the Money

I went back and forth on buying the HEST Foamy for literally years. It just seemed way too expensive for a camping mattress, especially after owning plenty of foam pads and air mattresses that I was never really happy with. I’ve also paid the “overland tax” more times than I’d like to admit, spending way too much on products that were supposed to be great and ended up being pretty average. So I kept convincing myself the Foamy would probably be the same. I finally bought one and just used it for the first time. I was wrong. It was easily the best night of sleep I’ve ever had camping or sleeping in my vehicle on the trail. It was actually more comfortable than most hotel beds I’ve slept in. I’ve tried air mattresses, memory foam pads and all kinds of camping mattresses over the years, and nothing has been close. Yes, it’s expensive. But after one night on it, I wish I hadn’t spent years talking myself out of buying it.
