I’m disappointed and frustrated with Waterdrop’s customer service. I returned a £27.90 product at my own expense, yet I was only offered a £16 voucher instead of a full refund. Despite repeatedly asking for an explanation and requesting my full refund, my questions go unanswered. I expected better communication and fair treatment—I just want a proper resolution.
