Complete Coverage Raincoat

Too small

Unfortunately it was incredibly small. Could not return as it was final sale so I donated it. Given a better fit the quality was very nice and probably would have worked perfectly.

Fabulous fit. Stays in place ven with windy conditions.

I love this raincoat for my dog, its able to cover all his areas i need dry and still gives him access to be able to use the bathroom. I like the red because its bright and stands out aswell
